overall • Schuyler Price was born on May 14th, nearly 18 years ago. She was born into a small Military family that put honor and the United States before everything else. Her father was a Colonel in the Marines, and her mother was a Major in the Army. The first 10 years of her life was spent traveling around the world, wherever her parents jobs took them. She learned at least 5 different languages, including French, Spanish, Japanese, German, and Italian.
When she was 11 years old her father died in a car crash in Italy. Her mother was then discharged from the military so that she could take care of Schuyler. They moved back to the United States, and to Del Rio, Texas. There Schuyler finished the 6th grade and then moved into the middle school there.
After she graduated from Middle School, she spiraled down into a depression about her father being dead, a little late. Through the summer she began to drink a lot, and her mother didn't know what to do with her. After months of trying to keep Schuyler away from alcohol, her mother sent her to the Del Rio military school.
The months of drinking soon brought her into a sluggish recovering in which she was worked hard and taught much. She made some friends, but focused more on her studies and the military training that she gained.
By the time she was 15 she was completely clean, and had gained a better sense of respect, not only for herself, but for everyone else around her. When she turned 17, her mother got a new job in New York, and they moved there. She was soon thrown into all of the drama of life there, and has learned to live with it most of the time.

Schuyler watched him for a moment as he laughed at her. She didn't mind, it was rather funny to be taking her pulse, but it was a habit. It's how she knew she was working herself to the point that she needed. She closed her eyes for a moment, counting, before opening her eyes again. She followed his movements as he switched to the bench, and began doing his reps. She stood up, and stretched down touching her toes for five counts before slowly rolling back up.
"I'm Schuyler." she said calmly, pulling her ponytail out and letting her blonde hair fall on her shoulders. "A work out buddy would be fun to have. A friend even better." she mused at him now, her blue gaze looking out the window to the outside for a moment. "It's not as hot here as it is in Del Rio." she noted, mostly to herself. That had been her favorite part about Texas, the heat. She hated the cold, it was just...too cold!
She laughed when he told her she looked intense when she worked out. "That's a soldier for you. We always had to focus. We couldn't talk, and every month we had to beat our fastest work out time. It was a constant struggle to be on top.It means we'd have to run ourselves harder, lift faster, swim faster. It was a rather fun challenge. I guess I got that from my father." she mused now, grinning. She suddenly looked up. A woman was staring at her, holding a plastic bag. She had a motherly look to her. Schuyler looked at Kacee. "One moment. Mom!" she headed towards the woman.
The woman handed her the bag, and Schuyler flushed a bit as her mother scolded her. "You've gotta eat something afterward, and I mean it. You don't eat before, at least eat that after." her mother looked a bit smug. Skye nodded. "Yes mother." she said softly, kissed her mothers cheek and headed back over to her duffel bag. She put the food in her bag and watched her mother leave.
She then went back over to Kacee. "I keep forgetting my breakfast." she mused. "This is the 15th time she's had to bring me food." she chuckled at herself.
