overall so pretty much jackson has had a hard life, but no one knows. hes never told anyone about his background and when hes asked about it, hes always brushed it off. he was born in new york seven months after a cheap fuck as a premature baby. from that point on pretty much he lived on the streets with his mother. he went to school like every other kid did, sometimes, but he took a lot of teasing because he was poor. no one knew that, of course, but he smelled bad and he wore pretty much the same clothing everyday. soon he just stopped going all together. he remembered nights of starvation, and nights thinking he was so cold he could die. he had a terrible life, but his good humor always got him through it.
when he was twelve, his mother died and that changed a lot of things. he was on his own from that point on, almost dead himself. both of them were suffering from anorexia, and she suffered a heart attack from it. he was better off then her because she often gave whatever she found to him. she had tried putting him in foster homes and handing him over before, but he would always escape those places and come back to her, loyal as ever. he never liked being without her, and he adored his mother. he went to live behind a music store after that, constantly surrounding himself in the sounds of something that had given him comfort since a kid. he had already been playing on a shitty guitar since he was eight.
not long after, the owner found him sleeping in the back and took him in. at first, jackson protested, but when the man offered him lessons and a place to stay in exchange for the knowledgeable kid working, he couldnt pass it up, his good humor and looks brought in customers, and it made the mad happy. jackson grew to really get along with this guy and soon he started paying jackson anyway for working. by the time he was seventeen, he could afford his own shitty apartment.
he started boys like girls when he was seventeen and it seemed as if after a year of work, almost over night they were signed and famous. he began living a new life, but old was crept in. he still drank and partied like no other, and gambled all his money away. not to mention the tattoos. he ended up almost as poor as he started out with, living paycheck to paycheck from screwing off all his money. he doesnt mind though- just as long as no one finds out.
